Currently, we’re in a low-carbohydrate craze where multiple versions of the low-carb diet are popping up every year which promises unrealistic results. We’re inundated with Ads for “breakthrough” formulas that melt away pounds of fat while you sleep. Fitness devices that build rock hard abs and lean bodies that eventually become coat hangers somewhere in the closet! If we have so many “solutions” then why are so many people failing?!

People are struggling to get results because of the fraud and deception within the weight-loss industry. I’ve committed my life to educating as many people as possible with the information and motivation needed for fitness success.
